Projectbeschrijving		NIVEL has developed two tools to assess primary care development in countries in transition. Since 2008, these have been applied in 10 countries and results have been published by the country. This project aims to perform a comparative ‘horizontal’ analysis. - Analyses with available data - Additional data collection by interviews and study of documents An overview of the state of primary care reform in a group of countries in transition belonging to the WHO European Region; recommendations for the way forward. What is the relative position of the countries on a number of primary care indicators; what conclusions can be drawn and what lessons be learned?
