I work for the COMPAR-EU project, an international project which aims to clarify which self-management interventions are most (cost) effective for people with one of 4 major chronic diseases (COPD, type 2 diabetes, obesitas and chronic heart failure). Within this project I specifically research the outcomes for patients with chronic heart failure.
