Experiences of general practice nurses with care for community-dwelling people in the year 2017

In 2015 the organization of long-term care has changed. This study evaluates the realization and consequences of this change from the perspectives of general practice nurses (GPN).

The aims of this study are to gain more knowledge of:
(1) GPN’s experiences with collaboration with other professionals
(2) GPN’s role in the access to care and support.

Secondary analysis of existing data on client-centered collaboration. In addition, online focus groups with GPN’s will be conducted.

The results will be presented in a digital report.
