Prerequisites and possibilities of task delegation for occupational physicians

Due to declines in capacity and at the same time an increasing demand for occupational physicians, insights regarding the practice, prerequisites and possibilities of task delegation is much needed.

This study is divided into five research parts that each contribute to describing the daily practice, prerequisites, possibilities and limits of task delegation for occupational physicians.

For this study different research methods will be used. In chronological order:
- (Legal) literature study
- Desk-research
- An online survey amongst occupational physicians
- Analysis of secondary data
- Three focus groups
- Four case-studies

Report that gives insight in the practice, prerequisites and possibilities of task delegation for occupational physicians.
