The quality of the general practice training from a medical resident perspective

In 2005, 2011 and 2014 NIVEL surveyed the satisfaction of medical residents regarding the training program for general practitioners. A questionnaire is developed to monitor the perceived quality of the Dutch GP training over time and to evaluate the recent developments in training.
To what extent are medical residents satisfied with the training program for GPs, which differences exist between training locations, and how does the satisfaction of residents relate to personal and location characteristics?
