A quantitative labor market scan on recognizing “previously acquired competencies” within mental health care

Little is known about the use of Previously Aquired Competencies (PACs) in Mental Health Care
The question is for which types of professions and training programs within the Mental Health Care PACs could have an added value
Existing statistics will be used to estimate the amount of professions and training programs where PACs could be applied
This will be input for another project (by CINOP) where the current experiences with PACs in Mental Health Care and expectations of different stakeholders is inventoried.
