|Project description||Delivering patient-centred healthcare is a priority in the Slovenian healthcare system, and so, patient experiences and outcomes are important performance indicators.
To that end, the Slovenian National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) will develop and (pilot-)implement Patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) and Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs)
The role of NIVEL is to support and advise NIJZ and facilitate this process as much as possible and needed
Providing information and feedback to staff of NIJZ; capacity building; organising study vsits and workshops; reporting and presentation of results
The expected outcome of the project is to develop a better understanding of quality gaps of the healthcare system through patients’ feedback.
