Researcher (postdoc) Learning Health System
Activities
I focus on strengthening a learning and future-proof health system and improving the organisation of (primary) care. I work on various projects, including the MOVE and LeVEL project, in which we explore how diverse stakeholders can effectively collaborate within neighbourhood and regional health networks. In doing so, I study how new organisational models may improve collaboration and quality of care, and I use these insights to continuously support learning and improvement in healthcare.
What drives my work is connecting research and practice to create impact. I work closely with diverse stakeholders to develop solutions from multiple perspectives that genuinely improve healthcare and are broadly applicable across the healthcare system.
