Increased likelihood of multiple health symptoms in women with breast implants compared to women without breast implants
Women with cosmetic breast implants experienced more health symptoms after breast implantation compared to before implantation and to women without breast implants. These results suggest an association between health symptoms and breast implants in women who have them for cosmetic reasons. This warrants further research to explore whether there is causality.
