Survey shows: hospital patients satisfied with video consultations with healthcare provider during COVID-19 pandemic
During the first lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic, an exponential increase in video consultations replacing in-person outpatient visits was observed in hospitals. Patients perceived these consultations as highly satisfactory, in particular when they felt healthy or when they had their first consultation.
