Introduction
To support countries in reaching the health targets of the Sustainable Development Goals, the European Commission has established a Steering Group on Health Promotion, Disease Prevention and Management of Non-Communicable Diseases (the Steering Group). The Steering Group provides advice and expertise to the Commission on developing and implementing activities in the field of health promotion, disease prevention and the management of non-communicable diseases. It also fosters exchanges of relevant experience, policies and practices between the Member States.

Aim
The purpose of this specific contract is to support the organization by a maximum 24 webinars and 6 online meetings on health topics, to allow Member States to discuss priority areas in the field of health in their respective countries.
In addtion, the aim is to select a number of best practices so that challenges in those areas can be addressed. These may include topics such as primary care, vaccination, non-communicable diseases, cancer or antimicrobial resistance.

Results
A conference on mental health and the pandemic was organised.
Multiple discussion papers on the mapping of national cancer plans, fair access to financial products by people with an experience with cancer, an evaluation of the best practices review process and the analysis of the public consultation on the European Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA).
