Background
Healthcare services in Greece lack responsiveness especially in taking needs of patients as the starting point.

Aim
To develop, validate and implement questionnaires to assess experiences and preferences of Greek people related to primary care, ambulatory specialist and hospital services.

Method
The role of Nivel is to be an advising partner to Greek colleagues on:
- Desk research
- Pilot study and production of questionnaires
- Implementation in 3 pilot locations
- Data processing and analysis
- Feedback, reporting dissemination

Result
Questionnaires and a methodology for roll out in regions or nationwide.
