During February and March 2010, WHO/Europe undertook the task of performing an evaluation among EuroFlu Bulletin users, in order to determine its effectiveness. This evaluation took the form of two questionnaires, designed to collect information on use of the Bulletin, gauge the level of satisfaction among users, and gather suggestions for areas where the Bulletin can be enhanced. In addition to the survey, two other tools were used to evaluate the EuroFlu bulletin: the frequency of reporting by Member States and the number of web site hits for the EuroFlu website. The overarching goal of the evaluation was to determine ways to improve the Bulletin's content and to increase use.
