Health systems, health services and inequality in population health.
Lees onlineIn this book, we have brought together our research areas and our common interest in health inequalities. We hope that it will inspire others to look over the boundaries of their own specialisation and research area, to discuss and discover the added value of combining more or less separate research areas, and to engage in multidisciplinary research.
The primary audience for our book consists of researchers in health systems research, health services research, and population health research, but we also believe that our book is relevant for health policy researchers, health impact researchers, health economists and epidemiologists. However, we hope that it will also find an audience outside academia with practitioners and policymakers to improve understanding of how these different worlds collide.
The book is not intended as a textbook but can be used as additional reading for courses in many disciplines within social and health sciences, such as health and social policy, health systems and services research, and public health.
