In my research Ifocus on the relationship between public health and factors like: environment, vulnerable persons, underlying mechanisms that can play a role in the experience of health complaints. This concerns multidisciplinary research into the possible health effects of important environmental exposures, such as noise, electromagnetic fields, livestock farms, industry, pesticides and earthquakes. My expertise is in environmental epidemiology and health and clinical psychology. In addition to performing quantitative and qualitative research, I have a strong interest in knowledge syntheses, such as systematic reviews and meta-analyzes.
